The last month was a pretty rough span of time. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed Christmas and preparing for my son’s second birthday, but artistically, it was the doldrums.
I had three models flake on me, one fall of the map and two more tell me that, now that they’ve signed with an agency, they’re no longer willing to pose for artistic nudes. Ugh.
But the skies are clearing and a stiff breeze heralds a newfound spark of energy — in the last two days, I’ve had three amazing go-sees with three amazing models. I’ve finally found someone I can call a muse. (And another one found me — three years ago — which tells you just how bad I am about responding to emails, sometimes.)
Better yet, I’ve got three more go-sees lined-up and an interview with a traveling model who might just break me of my TFP habit.
